Our Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) is on its way to support flood-impacted communities in San Diego County. We plan to have boots on the ground this week to work alongside local partners, mobilize volunteers and support debris removal of flood-damaged homes.

On the night of January 22, San Diego, California, experienced record-breaking rainstorms, causing intense and relentless flooding. The disaster flooded 100 homes and caused 15,000 to lose power. The Governor declared a state of emergency for parts of California and instructed families to evacuate to safety. All Hands and Hearts will continue to monitor this event.
